Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic logistics faculty/trainer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality training in logistics and supply chain management, guiding students, and supporting their academic and practical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on logistics & supply chain management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Teach topics such as:
- Logistics Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Transportation & Distribution Management
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Import & Export Procedures
- Freight Forwarding
- Shipping & Port Operations
- Documentation and Logistics Operations
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and practical activities.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance.
- Provide academic guidance and career-oriented support to students.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and other departmental documentation.
- Stay updated with current industry practices and logistics trends.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- Prior teaching/training experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Industry experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle students professionally and create an engaging learning environment.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint.
- Practical knowledge of logistics operations and industry procedures.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on qualification, experience, and expertise.
