Job Title: Sales Executive – Footwear (Offline)
We are building a premium comfort footwear brand and are looking for an experienced sales professional to help grow our offline presence.
Responsibilities
- Visit footwear retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
- Generate orders and build long-term retailer relationships.
- Collect market feedback on customer preferences, pricing, competitors, and product opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular market reports.
Requirements
- Offline sales experience, preferably in the footwear industry.
- Experience working with distributors and general trade (GT).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Existing relationships with footwear retailers and distributors are a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred
Candidates with experience at brands such as Bata, Relaxo, Paragon, Liberty, Walkaroo, Campus, VKC, or similar footwear companies are encouraged to apply.
Location: North India (travel required)
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
