01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Content Strategist at CryptoMize?
01
Own content strategy for client engagements end-to-end: objectives to message architecture to format mix to calendar — the full chain of content decisions
02
Design narrative frameworks for reputation work: how a client’s story is structured, sequenced, and defended across surfaces
03
Run editorial governance: briefs, quality gates, and review standards that make excellence systematic rather than heroic
04
Direct the writer bench on your engagements — assignment, feedback, and the development that grows them
05
Read performance data and revise strategy on evidence — the audit loop that separates strategy from opinion
06
Advise strategists and clients on content decisions in engagement reviews — your reasoning, defended live
07
Mentor strategist interns and feed conversion decisions for the content program
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Content Strategist at CryptoMize you will own the content decision layer for client engagements — from objectives through message architecture to the editorial calendar that executes them. The role is accountable for coherence: every published piece serving the narrative framework, every framework serving the engagement objective, and every deviation a decision rather than an accident.
Editorial governance is a core standing duty. You will run the brief-and-review system that makes quality repeatable — templates, quality gates, and feedback loops — because engagements at this scale do not run on individual heroics. The writer bench develops under your direction, and their growth is part of your accountability.
Measurement closes the loop: performance data is read against objectives and strategy is revised on evidence, with the audit trail showing why each decision changed. You will present that reasoning in engagement reviews — to strategists and, where required, to clients — and mentor the strategist interns attached to the program.
