Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining company services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales and HR team when required
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Any Degree / Plus Two can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Additional language skills are an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and team-working ability
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or customer service experience
- CRO experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
