Responsibilities :
- Handle customer support queries and verify issues reported by clients.
- Coordinate with the technology/development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide training and demonstrations on various SIPL software solutions to customers and prospects.
- Analyse customer issues and queries to improve response mechanisms and support quality.
- Interact with Product Owners to report defect analysis, testing progress, and product functionality updates.
- Perform software testing activities, analyse test results, and maintain testing metrics.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports.
- Manage and track change requests to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
- Follow up with new and existing clients through emails and calls regarding support, requirements, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and old clients for relationship management and new requirement generation.
- Send customer satisfaction and completion acknowledgement emails after successful project/order completion.
- Share introduction and marketing emails with prospective clients.
- Demonstrate software features and functionalities to prospective and existing customers.
- API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data handling.
- Be flexible and customer-oriented, with readiness to assist clients beyond official working hours whenever required.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of software testing and defect tracking.
- Good knowledge of API testing tools, especially Postman.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in software support, implementation, testing, or customer training will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in SaaS, logistics, courier, ERP, or business automation software solutions will be preferred.
Bond Terms & conditions:
- * 1st Month skill evaluation training on candidate's laptop (mandatory for 1st month), You will be eligible for stipend only after successful completion of evaluation training.
- INR 10,000/mo. stipend for six months as a trainee.
- INR 12,000/mo. stipend for the next six months as an On-Job Trainee (OJT).
- After completion of 1 year, you will be employed with a salary of INR 18,000 per month. Job Type: Full-time
Bond : 2 years (two original certificates as bond security)- For Fresher

Working hr : 9:30am - 6:30pm
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
