Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage treatments, maintain a relaxing and hygienic environment, and ensure each client receives excellent care. therapists are encouraged to apply, especially for clients who specifically request a therapist for comfort or privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any health concerns.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
- Ensure client comfort before, during, and after each session.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate client records when required.
- Promote wellness services and support a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Certification, diploma, or license in massage therapy, depending on local regulations.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, clinic, or similar setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients, prenatal massage, or wellness-focused treatments.
- Knowledge of aromatherapy, reflexology, or other holistic treatments.
- Ability to create a calm, respectful, and client-centered environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
