We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketer for our Lucknow office to manage social media posting, run paid ad campaigns, generate leads, and support day-to-day digital marketing activities. We are looking for someone who understands how to upload reels and posts effectively, can handle Meta Ads and Google Ads, and is comfortable managing lead data and campaign-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload reels, posts, and other content on social media platforms in a timely and organized manner
- Write or manage basic captions, posting schedules, and content uploads with an understanding of what to post, when to post, and how to present content properly
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Work on lead generation through digital campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain lead records in spreadsheets and share organized lead data with the telecaller / calling team
- Monitor campaign performance and support day-to-day digital marketing execution
- Coordinate with the internal team for content, creatives, lead flow, and campaign requirements
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / social media marketing or related work
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of social media posting, captions, reel uploads, and content scheduling
- Ability to manage leads, maintain spreadsheets, and organize data properly
- Good understanding of digital content flow, lead generation, and campaign coordination
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets
- Must be comfortable working from office in Lucknow
Preferred
- Candidates who have worked on lead generation campaigns will be preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Basic understanding of ad reporting, campaign optimization, and social media growth will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
