The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, updating company databases, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems
- Update records, files, and databases regularly
- Verify and correct data when necessary
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and internal software
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates
- Handle basic documentation and filing work
