About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Web Developer who can not only develop and maintain websites but also contribute to business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and sales activities. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical development and client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Work with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, PHP, WordPress, or other relevant frameworks.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot bugs and implement fixes.
- Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways.
- Ensure website security and regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their website and software requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

Qualifications
