We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing modern, user-friendly websites and digital content that effectively represents our brand and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the company's website with a responsive and user-friendly interface.
- Create visually appealing landing pages, banners, and web graphics.
- Update project portfolios, service pages, blogs, and company information on the website.
- Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile compatibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to create engaging digital content.
- Optimize website designs for SEO and user experience (UX).
- Maintain website security and perform regular updates.
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements when required.
- Design creative digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in web design are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
