Responsibilities:
· Leadership Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in providing effective leadership to the restaurant staff. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and adherence to company policies.
· Customer Service: Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience for all patrons.
· Operational Assistance: Support day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency.
· Staff Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members. Support the Restaurant Manager in conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
· Quality Control: Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that food and beverages meet established quality standards. Monitor kitchen and service processes to maintain consistency and excellence in product delivery.
· SOP Adherence: Ensure that all staff members are trained in and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and consistency.
· Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Contribute to monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
· Shift Management: Oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Address any issues or challenges that may arise.
· Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team culture. Communicate effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and management to enhance overall efficiency and teamwork.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
