About the Role:
Iron Asylum is looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Brand & Social Media Manager who can independently own and scale the brand's digital presence.
This is not an execution-only role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, lead campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and take complete ownership of the brand's online presence with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should be capable of making informed marketing decisions, identifying opportunities, solving problems proactively, and driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership
- Own the overall digital brand strategy across all platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in communication, creatives, campaigns, and customer interactions.
- Build long-term brand equity.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies.
- Own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Create platform-specific growth strategies.
- Drive organic growth and engagement.
Content Leadership
- Own the content calendar.
- Plan campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
- Approve all creatives before publishing.
- Ensure timely content delivery.
Team Coordination
Manage and coordinate:
- Graphic Designer
- Video Editor
- Community Manager
- Influencer Marketing Executive/Intern
- Freelancers and external agencies (if required)
Ensure projects are delivered on time without constant follow-ups.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute product launches.
- Develop promotional campaigns.
- Create festival campaigns.
- Execute brand collaborations.
- Drive engagement initiatives.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop influencer strategies.
- Identify and onboard creators.
- Negotiate collaborations.
- Review deliverables.
- Measure campaign effectiveness.
Community & Reputation Management
- Monitor customer sentiment.
- Handle online brand reputation.
- Escalate critical customer concerns.
- Improve customer engagement.
Performance Analysis
Track and present:
- Engagement Rate
- Reach
- Impressions
- Follower Growth
- Website Traffic
- Conversion Metrics
- Campaign ROI
- Influencer Performance
Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors.
- Track industry trends.
- Recommend innovative content ideas.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Social Media.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proven experience in scaling brand presence organically.
- Experience managing influencers and digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized with excellent stakeholder management.

Within the first six months, you should be able to independently own the brand's digital ecosystem, proactively identify opportunities, lead marketing initiatives, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and consistently deliver campaigns that strengthen Iron Asylum's market presence.
