Sales & Business Development
▸ Own the full sales lifecycle from first inquiry to registration — site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and booking closure.
▸ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for luxury 3 BHK units.
▸ Develop and execute a personal sales plan targeting HNI clients, NRIs, and upgrade buyers.
▸ Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data, track follow-ups, and forecast closures.
Client Engagement & Experience
▸ Conduct in-depth needs-assessment conversations to match client aspirations with available inventory.
▸ Deliver premium, personalised site presentation experiences that reflect the luxury positioning of the project.
▸ Handle objections confidently — pricing, legal queries, possession timelines — with factual, reassuring responses.
▸ Maintain relationships post-booking through the construction and handover journey to drive referrals.
Channel Partner & Broker Management
▸ Identify, onboard, and motivate channel partners (CPs) and broker networks across Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.
▸ Conduct regular CP engagement meets, training sessions, and site familiarisation walks.
▸ Manage CP incentive structures and ensure timely brokerage disbursement in coordination with accounts.
Marketing Collaboration
▸ Provide on-ground feedback to the marketing team on buyer objections, competitor activity, and pricing perception.
▸ Participate in property expos, housing fairs, and NRI meets as a brand ambassador.
▸ Co-ordinate with the digital marketing team to qualify and action inbound leads promptly.
Reporting & Compliance
▸ Submit daily/weekly sales MIS reports including footfall, conversion ratios, and pipeline status.
▸ Ensure all documentation — EOI, allotment letters, sale agreements — is processed accurately and on time.
▸ Adhere to RERA Gujarat guidelines and project-specific compliance requirements at every stage of the sale.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
