Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations in our Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate will support administrative tasks, coordinate with clients, and assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Follow up with clients for documents related to GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.
- Maintain proper filing of client records (physical and digital)
- Assist in basic data entry and compliance tracking
- Maintain due date trackers for statutory filings
- Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
- Handle courier, dispatch, and vendor coordination
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BSC and any Degree)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

- Responsible and punctual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
