Job Title: Business Development Manager – Migration Sales
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager – Migration Sales is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting migration and overseas education/immigration services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Counsel prospective clients on migration, visa, and immigration services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, consultations, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in migration, immigration, overseas education, or visa consultancy.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
