Reports To: Directors / Management
1. Business Operations
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure timely execution of business activities and management instructions.
- Coordinate between Directors, Accounts, HR, Purchase, Sales and other departments.
2. Business Coordination
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, consultants and business associates.
- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, documentation and pending matters.
- Maintain effective communication between all concerned parties.
3. Compliance Management
- Monitor applicable statutory, regulatory and company compliance requirements.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely renewals, filings, approvals and submissions.
- Track licences, registrations, permissions and certificates.
4. Documentation & Records
- Maintain complete and updated compliance and business records.
- Ensure proper filing of licences, certificates, agreements, approvals and statutory documents.
- Monitor expiry dates and initiate renewal processes well in advance.
5. Government & Regulatory Coordination
- Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, consultants and professional advisors.
- Prepare and submit required documents and applications.
- Follow up on approvals, renewals, inspections and regulatory correspondence.
6. Internal Compliance
- Ensure departments follow company policies, procedures and approved processes.
- Identify compliance gaps and bring them to the Directors' attention.
- Maintain proper internal records and audit trails.
7. Management Reporting
- Provide regular compliance and business status reports to the Directors.
- Highlight upcoming deadlines, pending approvals, risks and critical issues.
- Maintain an action-point tracker for management decisions.
8. Audit & Inspection Coordination
- Coordinate internal, statutory and regulatory audits/inspections.
- Ensure required records and documents are available.
- Track observations and ensure timely corrective actions.
9. Risk Management
- Identify potential business and compliance risks.
- Escalate critical issues to management immediately.
- Ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
10. Key Requirements
- Strong business coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes.
- Strong communication and government/consultant coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per year
