Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitoring daily work progress (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting) to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Material Management: Handling site inventory, receiving materials, and coordinating with procurement teams to prevent delays.
- Quality Control: Conducting inspections to identify defects, verifying measurements, and ensuring high-quality finishing.
- Contractor Coordination: Managing site staff, technicians, and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
- Safety Enforcement: Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
- Documentation: Reporting daily/weekly progress, preparing site reports, and managing site documents.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Experience: Generally 1–4 years of experience in interior, fit-out, or renovation projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints and layout drawings, basic understanding of AutoCAD.
- Key Competencies: Leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
