We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (Project MEP) with 7–8 years of experience in real estate. This permanent role focuses on commercial and residential high-rise projects. You will manage the execution of HV, MV, and LV power networks from installation to handover. Key Responsibilities
- Power Distribution: Oversee HV/MV substations, transformers, and LV internal distribution layouts.
- Site Execution: Lead daily MEP site works for high-rise towers following approved drawings.
- Backup Systems: Supervise Diesel Generator (DG) synchronization and UPS systems.
- ELV Coordination: Integrate fire alarms, CCTV, BMS, and public address systems.
- Contractor Billing: Verify vendor measurement sheets and process Running Account (RA) bills.
- Compliance: Ensure all electrical works meet NBC guidelines and local authority standards.
Key Skills Required
- High-Rise Expertise: Proven track record in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Voltage Systems: Hands-on knowledge of HV, MV, and LV distribution frameworks.
- Technical Drawings: Proficiency in reading single-line diagrams (SLDs) and AutoCAD designs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
