Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Trainer – AI & Full Stack Development to train students in Full Stack Development and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Freshers with strong programming fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
The selected candidate will receive training on our curriculum, AI tools, and teaching methodology before delivering sessions to students.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts.
- Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, and databases is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to learn AI tools, frameworks, and teaching methodologies provided by the company.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving curricula.
Communication & Teaching Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their learning goals.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in handling classroom sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Ability to encourage student participation and create an interactive learning environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-focused approach to teaching.

- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
