Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Junior Full-Stack Developer skilled in using AI-powered
coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, etc.) to design,
develop, and enhance modern web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong prompt
engineering abilities with full-stack development expertise to build intelligent, efficient, and
scalable applications.
You will be part of a design-led development environment guided by Markdown-based
playbooks that define architecture, component standards, and UI/UX conventions. Your work
will involve generating AI-assisted code, implementing new features, and maintaining
high-quality software in alignment with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and enhance full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and
Prisma.
● Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, and optimization
processes.
● Design, test, and refine AI prompts for tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI
Codex, Kiro, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Creo, and Lovable to generate high-quality,
context-aware code.
● Interpret and implement application features based on Markdown-based steering and
design documents.
● Follow and enforce best practices for architecture, component reuse, design patterns,
and UI/UX standards.
● Contribute to maintaining and evolving Markdown-based documentation and
component guidelines.
● Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using AI-assisted debugging techniques.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven automation into business
and development workflows.
● Stay current with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance
productivity and code quality.
● Ensure all generated code is efficient, maintainable, and secure.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering for AI-assisted development.
● Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex,
Kiro, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Creo, Lovable, etc.
● Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, React, Python, or similar frameworks).
● Good understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integration points.
● Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience automating application development workflows using AI tools.
● Proficiency in multiple programming languages for prompt-based code generation.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
