About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR cum Marketing Intern to support both Human Resources and Marketing functions. This role provides an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, digital marketing, and brand promotion.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Help prepare HR reports and records.
Marketing
- Assist in creating and posting content for social media platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and generate performance reports.
- Support lead generation and customer outreach initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
