About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure exceptional customer experience, and contribute to business growth. Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions and support.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Meet monthly customer engagement and business development targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, client visits, and business interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, or Hospitality.
- Candidates with hospitality industry experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
