Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to bridge the gap between our institute and colleges. You will be the face of our company on college campuses, driving partnerships for technical workshops (AI/ML), online internships, and training courses, and converting student leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- College Tie-ups: Visit colleges to pitch and arrange technical workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Product Promotion: Market our Certified Online Internship programs and Tech Courses (AI/ML, etc.) to students and college authorities.
- Lead Generation: Conduct presentations in classrooms or auditoriums to collect interested student data.
- Admission Conversion: Follow up with interested students, counsel them about their careers, and convert them into paid course enrollments.
- Revenue Generation: Meet monthly targets for workshop tie-ups and course admissions.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly comfortable with field visits and public speaking.
