Educational Qualifications
* Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
Professional Experience
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hospital pharmacy management.
* Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationship management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of NABH standards, regulatory requirements, and pharmacy operations.
* Proven leadership experience in managing and developing pharmacy teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic oversight and management of all Pharmacy Department operations.
* Ensure the continuous availability of medicines, pharmaceuticals, and medical consumables.
* Lead procurement activities, inventory control, stock monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
* Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Ensure adherence to NABH standards, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
* Oversee medication safety, storage, dispensing practices, and quality assurance programs.
* Supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate pharmacy personnel to maintain high performance standards.
* Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Prepare and present departmental reports, audit findings, and key performance indicators.
* Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and patient care outcomes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
