Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities for children aged 3–6 years.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, games, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Encourage good behavior, independence, and positive social interactions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, meal, and activity times.
- Maintain classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and child safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, D.Ed., B.Ed., or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching pre-primary or preschool children preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
