About the Role
Stature Properties Private Limited is looking for passionate and creative Digital Marketing Interns who are eager to build a career in Performance Marketing and Social Media. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content creation. You will work on live real estate marketing campaigns and gain hands-on experience in lead generation and brand building.
Requirements
Education
- Recent graduates in Marketing, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or related field.
Experience
- 3–12 months of internship, freelance or project experience in Digital Marketing is preferred
Technical Skills
· Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
· Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
· Understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
· SEO fundamentals (Keyword research, blog writing, and on-page optimisation)
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Support Google Ads (Search, Display & Performance Max) campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better results.
- Generate quality real estate leads through paid advertising.
- Research target audiences and competitors.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and copy.
Social Media Marketing
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Design posts, carousels and reels using Canva or similar tools.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness.
- Respond to basic social media interactions when required.
Content & SEO
- Write or suggest SEO-friendly blog articles.
- Create captions, hashtags and marketing copy.
- Conduct keyword research.
- Assist with website content updates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Suggest improvements based on campaign data.
