We are looking for a Project Manager- Web to manage and deliver CMS-based website projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality-driven execution.

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of CMS-based web projects from planning to launch

Manage project timelines, scope, task allocation, and delivery tracking

Plan and align internal resources across design, development, content, and QA teams.

Translate requirements into clear tasks, milestones, and execution plans

Track progress, dependencies, and risks while resolving bottlenecks proactively

Align and lead regular project reviews, follow-ups, and status updates

Ensure design, development, and content outputs meet defined requirements

Oversee testing cycles, feedback implementation, revisions, and final deployment

Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards

Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines

Proven experience coordinating CMS-based web projects

Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

Experience coordinating with designers, developers, and content teams

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar)

Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills

Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Excel for tracking and reporting

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Graduate or Postgraduate in IT, Computer Applications, Management, or a related field
