The candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills to help students choose suitable courses and complete the admission process smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees, and training benefits to students
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and counselling data
- Coordinate with the academic and admission team
- Assist students throughout the admission process
- Handle student doubts and provide proper guidance
- Achieve admission targets and maintain positive relationships with students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication and counselling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle student queries professionally
- Positive attitude and convincing ability
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary and Benefits
