About the role:· As HR Faculty at IIA International, you’ll teach HR concepts and mentor students for career success. You'll combine industry insights with academic knowledge to guide their professional growth.
Responsibilities:· Deliver HR courses on key topics.· Create and update course materials.· Mentor and guide students.· Assess student performance.· Stay updated on HR trends.· Collaborate on curriculum development.
CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS· MBA in Human Resource Management.· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or teaching HR.· Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practices.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.· Up-to-date with current HR trends and best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala (Calicut, Kozhikode District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
