Order Processing & Management: Handling orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product numbers, and tracking fulfillment.
Customer Support & Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing post-sale support, resolving complaints, and informing clients of delays.
CRM & Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information within CRM systems and preparing sales reports, contracts, and proposals.
Sales Team Support: Coordinating schedules for the sales team, assisting with sales presentations, and preparing promotional materials.
Performance Tracking: Tracking sales targets and quotas, monitoring team progress, and identifying bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
Internal Coordination: Liaising between marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
