Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time cinematographer and editor who can capture and create high-quality video content daily — from site progress to client testimonials and brand storytelling. This role demands ownership and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Shooting & Production
- Shoot daily on-site videos, walkthroughs, and progress updates
- Capture client testimonials and interviews
- Handle indoor office shoots and brand content
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio setups professionally
- Plan shots for premium real estate storytelling
Editing & Content Creation
- Edit reels, YouTube videos, and ads
- Add music, transitions, captions, and storytelling elements
- Create fast-paced engaging reels for social media
- Maintain a consistent premium brand look
Social Media Execution
- Convert daily shoots into content-ready formats
- Suggest reel ideas and trending formats
- Optimize videos for Instagram and YouTube
- Collaborate with marketing team
Additional Responsibilities
- Basic photography for projects
- Assist in ad shoot direction and scripting
- Guide clients during testimonial shoots
- Suggest creative concepts for marketing videos
- Manage content library
- Drone shoots (bonus)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in video shooting and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic After Effects
- Understanding of reels and short-form content
- Fast turnaround for daily content
- Good sense of framing, lighting, and storytelling
