We are looking for a creative Video Creator & Reel Editor who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
This is not just an editing job. We need someone who can convert ideas into engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Shoot professional videos using DSLR or mobile
- Edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Capture home inspections, customer testimonials, team activities, and behind-the-scenes content
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan weekly content
- Cover shoots at apartments, construction sites, customer homes, and office
- Deliver content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Ads
- Maintain organized video files and project assets
Requirements
- Experience shooting and editing social media videos
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Good understanding of storytelling, framing, lighting, and audio
- Ability to create viral, educational, and promotional content
- Comfortable traveling for shoots
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines

- Drone videography
- Motion Graphics (After Effects)
- Thumbnail design
- Basic photography
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creatives
- AI tools for video editing
