Job Summary:
Vajra Rubber Products seeks an experienced IT Coordinator to manage and support IT systems across the organization. This role involves providing technical support, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT systems (servers, desktops, software, network).
- Support IT projects, including system upgrades and software installations.
- Ensure system security, regular backups, and performance monitoring.
- Assist with IT documentation and inventory management.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in IT support or system administration (preferably in manufacturing).
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
