Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 CTC (Based on Process & Experience)
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support & Relationship Executives for leading Mutual Fund and General Insurance processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries, explaining financial products, generating customer interest, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain Mutual Fund and General Insurance products professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns within defined service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication.
Eligibility
Education
- Zurich Kotak - Undergraduates
- Nippon & UTI - Graduates
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in:
- Customer Support
- Outbound Calling
- Telesales
- BFSI
- Insurance
- Mutual Fund
- Loan Sales

- Good to Excellent English communication skills.
