Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru platforms.
- Identify, approach, and communicate with potential clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and submit effective project proposals and sales pitches.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience working with bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Guru.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of IT services, web development, and software solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
