Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and shop-floor positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, field sourcing, references, and local networks.
- Build and maintain a strong blue-collar candidate database.
- Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, joining, and documentation.
- Fulfill client manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure quality closures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills with proven experience in bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Facebook, WhatsApp hiring, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,964.16 per month
