A Maintenance All-Rounder is responsible for handling a variety of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general repair work. The role ensures that facilities, equipment, and infrastructure remain in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair work across the facility.
Handle basic electrical repairs, including switches, lights, sockets, and wiring.
Carry out plumbing work such as fixing leaks, taps, pipelines, and drainage issues.
Perform carpentry tasks including furniture repairs, door and window maintenance.
Conduct painting, polishing, and minor civil repair work.
Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Assist specialized technicians during major repair and installation projects.
Maintain records of completed maintenance activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
