Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, polite in communication, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office coordination
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate online and in-person appointments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and attentive communication
- Maintain office cleanliness (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
- Organize office supplies, equipment, and workspace
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document filing
- Run office errands such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents
- Support on-site client meetings when required
Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license preferred
- Prior experience in administration or similar roles is an advantage
- Marketing experience will be an added advantage
