We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR) to support and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a people-centric approach, and the ability to work closely with employees and management to drive organizational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
* Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
* Support performance management and employee development initiatives
* Handle employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
* Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and HR operations
* Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for employee-related data and documentation
* Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
* Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments
* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management review
* Support policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification
* 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations
* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
* Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
