We're Hiring: Axiom Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5+ YearsAre you an experienced Axiom Developer with expertise in EMEA Regulatory Reporting? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help build, enhance, and support regulatory reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with EMEA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Axiom applications for regulatory reporting.
- Develop and enhance EMEA regulatory reporting solutions and reporting taxonomy.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain data models, calculation rules, workflows, and reporting templates within Axiom.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support regulatory reporting processes and ensure timely report delivery.
- Optimize Axiom applications for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, finance teams, and stakeholders to implement reporting enhancements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Axiom Development.
- Strong expertise in EMEA Regulatory Reporting and reporting taxonomy.
- Experience with Axiom Controller View, Data Sources, Rules, Reports, and Workflow.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Good understanding of data mapping, ETL concepts, and data quality processes.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Familiarity with Basel, COREP, FINREP, IFRS, or other EMEA regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database platforms.
- Exposure to cloud environments is an added advantage.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
