ClassicHub is hiring a Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales for our Education vertical.
The role will focus on acquiring and managing sales conversations with universities, colleges, schools, coaching institutes, test-prep institutes, study abroad consultants, and EdTech brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of education-sector prospects.
- Connect with founders, directors, trustees, admission heads, and marketing heads.
- Manage outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand admission goals, marketing challenges, budgets, and decision timelines.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare client-specific proposals.
- Present ClassicHub’s marketing solutions clearly to prospects.
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations, objections, and closures.
- Maintain CRM updates, daily sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure smooth client handover after closure.
Requires Skills and Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, education sales, EdTech sales, or agency sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to speak confidently with decision-makers.
- Good understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, social media, and performance campaigns.
- Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to sell premium marketing services and high-value retainers.
- Experience in selling to education institutions will be preferred.
