Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Customer Service • Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets • Deliver outstanding customer service • Resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless shopping experience Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: • Oversee daily store operations including stock management, store cleanliness and VM • Ensure the store reflects Jockey’s visual merchandising guidelines and brand aesthetics • Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrinkage, and maintain stock accuracy Team Leadership: • Coach store staff to build a customer-focused, performance-driven team • Plan and manage staff schedules and ensure optimal manpower at store • Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve their best Reporting & Compliance: • Daily reporting to management via call • Prepare and share periodic sales, inventory, and staff performance reports • Ensure adherence to Jockey’s standard operating procedures and compliance with statutory guidelines Key Skills & Competencies: • Be the best salesperson at store • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions • Knowledge of KPIs, Billing systems and retail management software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
