Job description:
We are looking for a hardworking and sincere Telecaller Executive who can help us speak with students and parents interested in studying abroad.
The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our study abroad options, understanding the student’s profile, qualifying serious inquiries, following up regularly, and booking counselling appointments.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident on calls, speaks Gujarati and Hindi clearly, and is willing to learn about student visa consulting, abroad education options, and counselling.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–150 calls per day to students and parents.
Explain basic study abroad options such as Mauritius, Dubai, Singapore, and other countries.
Understand the student’s needs and goals
Qualify leads and identify serious students.
Candidate Requirements
Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
We are looking for someone who is not just searching for a temporary telecalling job, but someone who wants to grow with the company and learn consulting, counselling, sales, and student visa process in the long term.
