Roles / Responsibilities :
1) Attendance & Salary:-
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to on boarding new employees, ensuring
compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Streamlined recruitment process, to reduce processing time.
Implement talent development program.
2) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:-
Check the Attendance on Daily basis from all branches (Bio Matrix)
Mark late coming, Early going etc
Leave are important for our service industry, which needs maximum supervision.
3) Employee Relations:-
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts; maintain a positive and productive work environment.
4) Performance Management:-
Oversee performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Implement KPI, and relate promotion and salary hike to KPI.
5) Training and Development:-
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including industry-specific compliance training.
6) Compliance Management:-
Ensure adherence to all applicable Labour laws, regulations, and industry standards related to Medical Clinic & Office.
7) Compensation and Benefits:-
Manage employee compensation packages, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
8) HR Policy Implementation:-
Implement HR policies and Develop procedures aligned with company goals and objectives.
9) Data Analysis & Reporting:-
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
