About Invitronics MedTech
Invitronics MedTech is building next-generation Made-in-India medical devices focused on improving patient monitoring and healthcare delivery.
We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Design Engineer who wants to take ownership of real products — from architecture and component selection to PCB design, prototype bring-up, debugging, validation and production.
This is not a PCB-layout-only role. You will work closely with firmware, mechanical, software, manufacturing and quality teams and have direct responsibility for making the hardware work.
You will be responsible for the complete hardware development lifecycle:
Requirements → Architecture → Component Selection → Schematic → PCB → Prototype → Bring-up → Debugging → Validation → Manufacturing → Production
Key Responsibilities
- Analog & digital circuit and schematic design
- STM32/ARM-based hardware development
- Multilayer PCB design using Altium Designer
- High-speed routing, differential pairs, impedance & SI/PI
- AC-DC / DC-DC power supply and power-rail design
- ESD, EMI/EMC, surge and protection circuits
- Prototype bring-up, debugging and validation
- BOM, Gerber, DFM, PCB assembly and vendor coordination
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on hardware design experience
- Strong Multilayer circuit High Speed design and PCB fundamentals
- Altium Designer experience
- STM32/ARM experience
- Practical power electronics experience
- Experience taking boards from schematic → PCB → prototype → production
- Good hardware debugging and lab skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
