We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising manpower and production processes in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure product quality by following SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain production reports and daily production records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
