Job Title: Purchase & Inventory Executive
Location: Sodepur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage the company's procurement activities and inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, and other consumables while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and general supplies.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and ERP/software entries.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Track material consumption and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with production and stores departments for material requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and inventory records.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Follow company policies and maintain compliance with procurement procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Purchase and Inventory Management.
- Experience in Food Processing, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/accounting software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
