About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Specialist with a proven track record of driving revenue through digital marketing and e-commerce for the United States and Canadian markets.
This is a hands-on role focused on planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing initiatives that generate measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and passionate about delivering revenue through performance marketing and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue-focused digital marketing strategies for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Amazon Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
- Manage product feeds and Google Merchant Center to maximize Shopping campaign performance.
- Drive customer acquisition while improving ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Optimize e-commerce performance through landing page improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation campaigns to generate qualified leads and support sales growth.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations based on data.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI-powered platforms to improve campaign planning, content creation, reporting, research, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Recommend new growth opportunities, marketing channels, and optimization strategies to increase revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-Commerce.
- Demonstrated success managing digital marketing campaigns targeting customers in the United States and Canada.

- Google Ads
- Google Shopping
- Performance Max
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Video Ads
- Google Merchant Center
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and digital demand generation.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other generative AI platforms for marketing workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
