Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR documentation, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Support attendance, leave, and performance management processes as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
