Technical Oversight: Strong understanding of system development for SoC/MPU on
ADAS ECU, system integration, and customer demand on eye level.
Process & Compliance: Familiarity with A-SPICE, infotainment-specific internal processes
and customer specific processes (for at least on JOEM)
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in cross-functional coordination, customer interactions
(Japanese/English), and collaboration with international teams.
Skills: Negotiation skills to engage customers and motivate team members, experience in
working collaboratively in multinational teams, knowledge of project management methods
and tools (e.g. PMP certification)
